Samantha Bastow is the Assistant Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at the University of Chicago Medicine. She also serves as the Chair of the hospitals’ Drug Shortage Task Force and received a grant from the ASHP Foundation to develop a national Drug Shortage Management Toolkit. She is a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist who earned her Pharm.D. from Palm Beach Atlantic University, B.S. in Biomedical Sciences at the University of South Florida, and completed post-graduate residency training in Emergency Medicine at Boston Medical Center.
