Scott Gaydos, VP of Product, is responsible for the strategic direction of Optum’s commercial IT Services. Scott leads the product management function in the exploration, development, cultivation, and execution of new IT Services products driving digital value for our customers. He and his team coordinate the relationship between product development, sales, and operations/delivery for a portfolio of Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, Security Services, IT Professional Services, Application Services, and Market Services.

Prior to joining Optum, Scott was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Highmark Health, helping to guide the overall technology strategy for the enterprise. While at Highmark Health, Scott spearheaded the transformation of the IT Services portfolio into an as-a-Service catalog consumable by the enterprise.
