Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in healthcare transformation, analytics and business intelligence, data warehousing, electronic health record deployment and adoption, quality and patient safety, population health, information management technology and business development.

Stephanie Lenzner currently serves as the VP, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin.  Stephanie leads the analytics strategic plan aimed at integration and leveraging information as an asset to drive health care value and improvement efforts throughout the enterprise.  She also serves as a member of the leadership team for the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Clinically Integrated Network.  Prior to F&MCW, she was the leader of population health and care coordination efforts as Vice President of Clinical Integration at Integrated Health Network, a Clinically Integrated Network with eight health systems across the state of Wisconsin.  She served in a variety of roles at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin including Vice President of Enterprise Performance Management and Vice President of Information Management Services.  Stephanie also served at a medical informatics company, a technology company and employer-owned Health Maintenance Organization.

Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Health Administration, a Master of Business Administration and a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  Stephanie has been recognized as a Most Powerful Women in IT by Health Data Management, a “Women to Watch” Deloitte Recipient and a “40 Under 40” Recipient by the Milwaukee Business Journal.
