Dr. Hartman serves as the Medical Director of Quality for Franciscan Physician Network in Central Indiana. Franciscan Physician Network is a division of Franciscan Alliance, a faith-based health care organization owned and operated by the Sisters of St. Francis, Mishawaka, IN. A family practice physician, Dr Hartman transitioned to a full-time quality position after 27 years in both private and employed practice arrangements. She is on the teaching staff for the Franciscan Health Family Medicine Residency and completed a Masters in Healthcare Quality and Safety Management from Thomas Jefferson College of Population Health in December 2017.
